By employing Asia Kingdom and Bazoni water flow cylinder, Fongs air flow cylinder and water flow cylinder, Wing Yue can lower the water ratio from 1:10 to 1:4, while achieving the same dyeing effect. Therefore, we can minimize water consumption & the use of dye additives, reduce wastewater and also reduces the cost of sewage treatment.
For any kinds of by-products created in the manufacturing process, we will find optimal sustainable solutions. All liquid used will be neutralized before discharge into central sewage treatment plant and recycle as much as possible to reduce wastage.
